Once you have realized that this problem is already evident within the walls of your home, it’s time to do something about it and do it in a moderate, non-aggressive manner. What can you do about it?

1. Ask for help. If your children are the ones who are bearing this addiction, you can confide it to significant others like your husband, wife, mother, etc. Their opinions will give you a clearer view on how to approach the problem.

2. Cut off money access. If you have seen how your teenage son is getting addicted with online gambling, better cut off his allowance and advice him to carry just small amounts of money just enough to get him through the day.

3. Contact anonymous groups who are willing to help in getting someone in your family out of the situation.
